The idea or main idea the game circles around is being different each time you play it. This is meant to give it a lot of repeatability and to drive the player to continue playing in order to find and meet new characters, discover new places and see how the same scenario could play out differently.
Game play: The game will play like mainly like a graphic novel with a procedurally generated and ever changing plot line. I would say it's an RPG but if anything that would be a secondary genre. There are stats that greatly impact game play though the game is not centered around stat building due some of the possible outcomes from failing the stat check being almost as interesting as the ones for passing it. The player can build stats but that is not the main goal of the player, the main goal it to decide what they want from their life. Do they want to focus on socializing with people? Do they want to sleep with every possible charter or maybe just live a simple life? Do they want to discover the dark history of the school or maybe even just focus on passing finals and moving onto collage? The choices they choose decides what story will unfold before them.
The art style will follow your typical anime while the music will be more atmospheric and reflective of what is happening or the currant state of things while keeping a certain amount of simplicity. Sound and special effects are going be used as needed to get certain points across, spice up the game and to signify certain key moments.

--Stats--
Broken into three categories. Intellectual, Physical and Social.
Intellectual
Academics - The player's ability to do well in class
Knowledge - How much information the player knows outside of academic studies.
Wisdom - the player's ability to draw insight from past experiences
Physical
Dexterity - how flexible and quickly the player can move
Endurance - how long the player can exert force
Strength - how strong the player is
Social
Empathy - The player's ability to pick up character's feelings and emotions.
Appearance - How the player appears or is viewed in general.
Rhetoric - The player's ability to come up with speeches and lectures on the spot.
Etiquette- The player's knowledge of how to act in certain social situations.
Each stat is randomly generated after the player chooses specific modifiers that affect either the range it's calculated in or added\subtracted from the stat based on the trait.
Calculations and various labels for static methods of increasing the stats are still being worked on. Taking multiple stats into consideration is already partially implanted. Currently applying iron to chase out the bugs.
Alexander (Obtainable)- Alexander Sparling strives for academic success. He is one of the few other foreigners though he comes from Britain. He is datable for female characters and occasionally male characters. He can become the VP of the student council. He is highly intelligent and tends to look down on people who aren't to bright. He prefers intelligent characters, he generally doesn't like athleticism. His closest friend is Yumi who is far smarter and doesn't view him as anything more then just an acquaintance.
"I don't have much time so stop wasting it."
Matsuka Tsunemi (Obtainable)- Matsuka isn't the most intelligent character but is quite caring despite her seemingly endless insults directed towards everyone but Haruhi, a childhood friend. She is a proud member of the track team and a second year. She has a bad habit of believing many of the stereotypes that exist about foreigners.
"Hmm, I expected someone... bigger."
Haruhi Okita (obtainable)- Shy, timid and usually keeping to herself Haruhi isn't that good with people. She crumbles in conflict and is easily offended. She works in the school's administration office in order to make enough money to pay for intuitions. She has a habit of apologizing excessively believing that much of the things that go wrong around her is somehow her fault. She is interested in girls though if left to her own devices can end up with Matsuka. She prefers characters with a kinder, gentler touch.
"Please... stop yelling."
Yumi Nagasawa (obtainable) - Yumi comes from a wealthier family with a strong disposition towards foreigners though she hides her opinions most of the time. She will befriend, lie, cheat and steal in order to achieve the goal that she has set before herself. She has no interest in what a person can do but what did they do and can end up trying to manipulate the player for her own gain. She is overly confident and egotistical.
"That it was impressive, for a foreigner."
Juriko Hirota (obtainable)- He his a charming character who, despite his way with women, has a preference for men. He works at the café across the street from the school where he often brings out the orders to the players, occasionally chatting with them and giving them certain indirect insight, telling stories or giving a "tip for a tip". He acts carefree most of the time and seems to take everything light heartedly though he actually has a bright side and occasionally mentions having to wear a mask at work or school. If caught alone and off-guard then the player can sometimes see glimpses of the troubles that lay beneath. After accumulating enough relation points and is "kind" occasionally talk about his problems though can be scolded for doing so.
"Whoops, sorry. My mask almost fell off."
