i got a new sketchbook! all the more reason to not pay attention in math class >.> go ahead and laugh, quadratic equations are slowly killing me (mathematically retarded)

a few quick-ish (extremely messy) sketches. i've got mixed feelings about the paper texture...

A little birdy in the sky
Dropped a poopie in my eye
I did not scream, I did not cry
But thanked the Lord that cows don't fly!

^awwh thank you so much for saying that and sticking with me so far, Sakurazaki >w< don't give me so much credit! even though this project, to me, is not only a VN, but a chance to improve/acquire all the skills required to make one, your encouragement and feedback is invaluable :3

that being said, i'm slowly chugging along here. i've decided to halt all the visual aspects of this projects until i get all the text done. right now it's about...40+ pages unedited (not sure about the word count) and i haven't even gotten to the good part yet. it'll also give me more time to do some sound gathering and playing around with the piano. my goal is for this to be COMPLETELY original, from images to sound to script, save for the fact that it's adapted from a myth. so that means no stock music/sfx/bg images. hey, on the bright side, maybe when i'm done, my drawing and colouring will have improved even more (:
