I'll pm you.

Update:

1. Still delayed! One of my team members just suddenly disappeared. I guest he went through the Artist Bermuda Triangle like most of our games suffer here.

That's all for now.

You made that? That was good! We need an opening like that when the game is near completion. I don't have enough CGs to have an opening like that, so it'll have to wait. Thanks for sharing the video, BTW.

^^that was a Clanna Parody of tsukihime btw... the middle part is from the actual op of the clannad op, XD, i cant find anything to replace it with...

you can add some character sprites to so it doesn't have to be all CG's...

As a mujinchitai-fan-will-be I'm glad to say that my interenet connection has been updated. So, like, 100MB per second.
Now I can download mujinchitai!!!
Yay, hurrah!

100 MB per second? That's......

My laptop mostly does only 20-50 kb per second. Slow, I know.

Heheh, like a great loop, right?
My laptop did 3 kbps before and I'm sick of it.
Okay, then, good luck there!

I'm seriously hoping that's an exageration. 100 MB per second is the speed you would have on a commercial server, not a private computer. I have cable and that only goes up to 8MB/sec. If you wanted to cough up about $150 a month you could probably hook yourself up with a 30/60 MB FiOS, but 100...?

As for the game, yeah I'm not surprised you had a staff member drop. It happens to almost everyone, it's much better if they are just being slow, since then you can at least attempt to whip them into shape. Hope you can recover from it though! Good luck.

I'm glad to see you here again.

8 MB per second? How're you guys getting fast download speeds? Mine goes only kbs per second. Sometimes it goes only 5 kb per second. That sucks...

Yeah. It ain't very easy keeping a team together while living in different places. It's pretty frustrating....and sad, especially when that person said they'd like to be a doujin artist. Giving up, or disappearing, shows how easy they quit. Making visual novel isn't easy.

Thanks.

Hehe, I've been lurking and reading the threads, just have been too lazy to actually post anything. I've kept up to date with your project, no worries.

Anyway back on topic, it is difficult to manage a team from around the world but it's actually impossible unless the members really care about the project at hand. If the artist wanted to do the art because they wanted to be a doujin artist, that doesn't show commitment to the project, only making art. So it's not too hard to expect they might feel the work they are doing is going past their commitment to the project, which is bad.

Thanks to my dad anyway, XD.
He chooses the "premium" one. He doesn't have to do it, but whatever, coz I got the highest exam result in class. Basically that's a present. Haha.

By the way, I hope he returns, whoever he is, it' kind of hard sometimes, because he has already giving his personal touch to your work, so it's hard to replace it...

Heheh.

All those sprites look stiff anyway. If I had oddles of time, I wouldn't make it look like everyone had hard shoulders, clenched fists, and straight-edge board bodies.

Don't say that. My artist spent weeks on those drawings, but hey. Say all you like. This game will reach to the top somehow, someday.

I'm looking forward to the release of this game. c: I love Higurashi and horror games like this even though I'm easily scared.

I like the artwork and Ai looks so cute~ <33
