How do you make your games? I see. Thank you for the prompt replies, but it is my considered opinion that you're doing it wrong inefficiently because I am a perfushenal professional. Do it my way this way and we can all ascend VN Nirvana together while allowing me to stroke my ego you will improve much faster. Also, please don't forget to thank me for this constructive critique or I will cry and bore you to death respond appropriately with a tl;dr rant discourse of epic adequately lengthy proportions. - Sarcasm Veiled in Euphemism: Secrets of Forum Civility by lordcloudx (Coming soon to an online ebook near you.)

Damn you Mugen... Changing my avatar reminded me that there are cuter pictures of Tsukasa out there, so now I spent the past hour searching for a new avatar. And now I have to go to bed... >_>; You are fortunate Samu-kun has a very busy schedual, one that does not afford him much time for drawing bonus pictures, and cannot properly avenge Tsukasa at this time.

By the way, lordcloudx, that wasn't my avatar. ._.;

Vielen, Vielen, Vielen Dank Mugen... you made a lot of effort. But drawing "cute dead girls", would definetly be too much effort... and she would propably be asking herself what she did wrong to start all that bloodshed... besides... i just watched the entire first series of Higurashi - the second time and she just watched Elfen Lied (i think she is too young to be watching Elfen Lied... but that's her business) so we have enough bloodshed... besides... it is inteded to become a Yandere charachter anyway :mrgreen:

Der Tor: I suck at drawing kawaii but I noticed something in your drawing that's a common rookie mistake.
Big eyes are one thing, but you also need to think more about the their placement and relative size to one another. You can't have your head point in one direction and draw a pair of eyes on top that seems to point in another. It looks weird.

I took the liberty to redline your drawing to better illustrate what I mean.

Note that because we're not looking at the face head-on, the eyes shouldn't have the same size. The left-most eye should be narrower than the right one because we're looking at it at an 3/4 angle.

It's a good practice to draw guidelines to help with symmetry and direction.

The face and eyes are stiil too long :< Sorry to hassle you ^^;

The body is good, but her head is really out of porportion... If you make the eyes and head half as long as they are now, it'll look even better ^^

On a side note the characters body is done rather well, I like that you dont just spend all your time on heads like most people who start out doing anime.

Five fingers. As long as it's a human being you're drawing, it should have five fingers on each hand.

If you're having problems "fitting" all five fingers on the hands, that's a good sign you're drawing them too small.
Here's a craaazy idea that might help: make the hands bigger! You'd be surprised how easy fingers are to draw with a little bit of extra space.

Keep in mind that a hand should roughly be able to cover the entire face of the person. There might be slightly different rules for super deformed characters, but in general it's a good rule of thumb (no pun intended).

Overall it's better, but you need to work on your proportions.
Her lower arms are much longer than her upper arms and the head is a bit too large for that body, even for super deformed.
You're a bad artist, but a lot of small minute things add up to lessen the quality of the drawing and keeps it from looking great. With some practice you should be able to iron those out.

Actually, if you don't get the anime-style head down right, it'll look like just another cartoon or a verrryy bad attempt at realism ^^; So it is important to practice faces and hair alot too! :3
