I've already put up a separate thread for My Seven Deadly Friends, so we'll be putting the rest of the ideas here instead.

1. Bahay Kubo
Staff: Shin Neko (story), Piet Wolfvolk (sprites, BGs, and CGs surprisingly...), Jin Neko (logo and GUI), Rivaldi Cunicula (coding and possibly music re-arrangement)
What it is: It will be a short visual novel based on the song of the same name by the local band, Hale. It is also planned as a purely studio-only project, without outside assistance, to see what we can actually do.
Genre: psychological, possibly horror, possibly supernatural, possibly romance (the genre possibilities are ending-dependent)
Story:
A young lady runs away from someone or something, all the while struggling not to sleep. Something bad will happen if she does, she says. A mysterious young man follows her around, suggesting that she rest, telling her that he will not leave her alone. They chance upon a bahay kubo, a nipa hut, to stay in for the night. What happens there, it is up to you.
Features:
- A short story with a very small cast of characters (one main girl and one main guy, both unnamed for the sake of the story, with an also-unnamed side character)
- The option to choose between two languages: English or Filipino
- One choice to make, two very different and contrasting endings
Main Characters:
The Young Lady
One half of the cast of main characters. As said in the plot, she is running from someone or something without sleeping. She has been doing so for days, at least, and hasn’t had a good rest, much less sleep. She fears that sleeping will bring about some misfortune, but she doesn’t tell anyone what it is. Maybe the man she is with has answers.
The Young Man
The other half of the cast of main characters. As told in the plot, he has been following the lady around and seems to be taking care of her. Even though what he says to her makes sense given the surface situation, there is something about him that would make one doubt. Maybe the lady he is with knows what it is.
Update (3/16/16): This be written for. Nearly done with writing
Update (3/17/16): Noticed that Filipino dialogue flow different from English dialogue. Decide will not be transliterating. Decide to no have voice acting too. - Shin

2. Eight Boyfriends in a Small Town
Staff: (still mostly undecided, but will have Piet Wolfvolk on writing)
Genre: Otome, GxB/G??? Romance, Supernatural
Theme: I don't really intend to really shove it into people, but there's something here about acceptance.
Premise:
You play as a Japanese city girl (nameable, finally!) who ends up being forced to move her ass to the countryside and live with her aunt and grandparents. Unfortunately, she has always had a dream of getting herself an awesome and handsome boyfriend while she's young, and moving to the countryside, well, sorta crushes it. That is, until she meets Tatsumi, a more or less handsome guy who readily agrees to be her boyfriend upon her asking him.
The townspeople being generally against the relationship aside (the family members are thrilled, though, mind you), the MC and Tatsumi get the whole BF-GF thing going, until the MC finds out something about Tatsumi and she is soon somewhat forced to meet these seven other people and also have them as her boyfriends (one is a girl, though). Well, she certainly got more than what she wanted.
Characters:
MC (re-nameable)
She is a relatively unremarkable girl who came from the city and is obsessed with getting a boyfriend for some reason. She gets bummed when she finds herself forced to move to the country because she has to stay with her relatives there. She soon meets Tatsumi, who is one of her classmates, and finding him (relatively) attractive, she asks him if he will be her boyfriend. He answers her yes, and everything goes downhill from there.
She may come off as whiny at first, but her inner strength soon shows when the time comes for her to take on the task of romancing the other seven boyfriends and also face the townspeople who are against her relationship with them. She sticks with the people she cares for/loves, and even though it may be hard for her at times, she tries her best to understand them.
Tatsumi (巽)
He is the MC's first boyfriend and, of course, one of the eight boyfriends. He is usually a very carefree, go-with-the-flow person. Actually, he might be a little TOO go-with-the-flow, agreeing to the MC's request to have him as a boyfriend simply because she asked him to, and also tending to agree with whatever she wants them to do. He might not look like he minds how the townspeople treat him, but he does. The Kanji of his name means "southeast".
I'm not going to number the others, as the order you will encounter them will depend on the choices you make in-game.
Eiji (兌子)
One of the eight boyfriends. He is described by most of the townspeople as odd, but that's an understatement. Because of this, none of the townspeople seem to take him seriously and he is only allowed to do whatever he wants “because he is odd”. He is very fond of travel and likes finding out more about places. The Kanji of his name mean “exchange” and “child".
Ken (乾)
One of the eight boyfriends. He's pretty much a resident of the local library. He is usually unsociable at first and as grumpy as the coffee-less old man in Pokemon RBY, but when he is presented with a decent intellectual topic, he becomes slightly more pleasant and open. The Kanji of his name means “to dry" or "to dessicate” or “heaven”.
Misaru (未申)
One of the eight boyfriends. He is a simple-minded but responsible and dependable person. He seems to be very good with domestic activities, such as cooking and cleaning. He admits that he has the potential to be good in anything that involves physical labor, but he has difficulty with theoretical and philosophical matters. The Kanji of his name mean “sheep” and “monkey”, respectively.
Chuuko (丑虎)
One of the eight boyfriends. She is notable for being the only girl among the boyfriends. She is, if not forceful, a stubborn person (or at least unshakeable in her beliefs). She is also a very athletic person, possibly the most athletic of the eight, and is also a part of a lot of sports clubs, most notably the basketball club. She tends to say her name when referring to herself instead of using pronouns. The Kanji of her name mean “cow” and “tiger”.
Ritsu (離都)
One of the eight boyfriends. He seems to be used to city life as well, and he and the MC agree on a lot of things trendy and fashionable. He also gets bored easily, and he is known for making trouble just to relieve his boredom and stir up the place. The Kanji of his name mean “to separate” and “city/metropolis”.
Kankou (坎光)
One of the eight boyfriends. He is, perhaps, the most normal of the eight boyfriends when it comes to behavior, but he has terrible luck, which lands him in situations that range from pitifully funny to outright dangerous. Fortunately, he never loses hope and keeps on looking at the bright side of things. The Kanji of his name mean “pitfall” and “light”.
Shin (震)
One of the eight boyfriends. He seems to be a delinquent-type person at first, but is soon revealed to be a kind and caring, although very stoic, person. The Kanji of his name means “to shake”.
the boyfriends' landlord (still unnamed)
A man with an air of mystery about him. Unlike the other townspeople, he helps the main character out with her relationship with the eight.
MC's classmate/friend (still unnamed)
She is a classmate of the main character and the eight. At first, she treats the eight like how the other townspeople treat them, but her view of them changes when she sees that the main character’s relationship with the eight is making changes for the better. She soon becomes close friends with the main character and the eight.
Features:
- Eight romanceables (actually, you need to romance them all, somehow), including a GxG pairing
- Order of who you'll romance depends on your choices
- I'm not sure if I'll make it that it only really has one ending, but I think that's how it'll go for now. Lol, KN with choices much?
