I'd suggest you to find a composer for your game too. Actually, they are not that difficult to find. And most of them are willing to do the music for free. Try checking http://www.gamingw.net It's true that Key might not do anything about it, but I'd say let that be your last resort. It isn't like you're in a hurry to finish this, right? And music can be put in later in the stage of development anyway.
However, if it's based on Air and by that I mean a side story or fan-game. I'd say keep the Air music. I'm sure Key isn't going to do anything about it , seeing as there are so many doujin softs based on Air and use Air music or remix version of them.
