Would my artistic style work for you?

#1 Post by Ailorn »

I like this genre of games. I'm a pretty decent artist, however my writing skills and creativity are lacking. My talents are primarily in line art of people. I have troubles drawing backgrounds, but i can draw complex expressions. I am not very skilled in coloring my characters... Anyway I would like to develop as an artist. I have a web comic i draw in my off time, when i have good art days. My web comic is The Great Adventures of Kizzy. I've got some stuff on Deviant art too...

So anyway if you're in need of a character artist let me know.

Hello. I think your art style is pretty nice, and I think it might work pretty well for at least one of the games that I've actually made Text-only previews of.

Since you're inquiring into being the character-artistic part of a project, I ask that you try out my Ninja TK and Million Protector. I honestly feel that these games have great potential if I can get my mind and confidence straight.
You can use either of my sig's links (For now, preferably the forum-thread link) to check out what I've got so far.
Please PM me if you're interested. Thank you for your time.

Now I actually feel more compelled to write something outside Psychological Drama/Horror and Sci-Fi.

Hey, would you like to become the artist for my project? A month has passed and there are no takers yet.

Korina Sanchez: Ex-sensei Mel, we've met again.
Mel Tiangco: I'm expecting this from my former student.
Korina Sanchez: I know all along the reason for your presence.
Mel Tiangco: Of course. Your hairbrush.
Korina Sanchez: Snatch it again? Well, you're mistaken. It's because my hairbrush's container is packed with security features. What's your say?
Mel Tiangco: If you can do security... (pause) then 120% of my strength will shatter it!

Im looking at a couple projects right now so i probably will not be taking on anything else at this moment. My husband is coming home for leave from iraq at the end of november, and ill be starting an internship soon, so art has been/will be low on my priorities for a little bit. However if someone does come up with an interesting fantasy/romance novel i'd be really interested in something like that.

I'm not sure if this is like the same thing your exactly asking for but i am developing a match maker game that is in fantasy/romance. If you have time and are interested.
