Not much to react to, sorry... This premise is as good as any. It matches chosen genres.
Nameless will probably not work too well. Generic is doable.
No sprites would be somewhat odd. It would be hard to know whether you are talking to someone or not. The silhouette is fine, but you will need at least two - male and female. Possibly more if kids involved.
If you can add voice to the figure, add it. If you can't, don't do it... No one will be concerned about generic passenger A being unvoiced.
If you don't plan to make a proper game, just publish a novel or a story. Good luck with your game!
