January 2011. Had some small health problem recently that slowed down the development but should still be able to finish it by January (at least the beta version which should be 99% finished).

"Beta" means that all the game content is there, and only very minor bugs could still be present. It will be the same for all platforms not just windows.

new video showing some battle voices by sake_bento. Today will also upload the new 0.8 alpha which has lot of new content (like over 30h of gameplay!). I also increased price to $19.99 permanently since we're getting closer to a finished product. The beta version should be confirmed in January 2011

No you can just redownload and reinstall the new version to see the new content, thought I would advise restarting a game from beginning if you still have bugs (otherwise you can decide to wait until version 0.9 which should be almost final).

how do i date the prince in this game or date fox i have hard with that i can only talk with tom and jacob i cant ever talk with rumi or date her

I'm currently writing the romance subplots, which should be available in next update (version 0.9). They probably won't be proofreaded yet though, I asked Ayu (sake-bento) to check them. So perhaps you should wait the final release so you read beautiful prose instead of my average writing

This fixes many bugs (minor/major) and adds basically two big things: all the romance/friendship subplots, and the new battle system with aggro mode. It also adds training center, new weapons/armors, many new quests (one for each character). The main plot still stops after you submit/form an alliance with all the races, but there are all the various character subplots with the special CG to try out. The arena challenges are also all finished.
Previous savegames MIGHT work, but honestly you should restart becaues you lose the new HP/PP bonus you get. This time would probably be the last time you *need* to start from beginning, since all is left in the game is the ending battle (the main plot).
I've also uploaded a video on youtube explaining the basics of the new battlesystem:
