Well... I'm looking for artists interested in drawing characters sprites (and maybe a cg background or two) for my visual novel. I decided to make it in parts, because it's a rather long story and this is my first attempt as a writer. (Well, I've written many things actually as a hobby, but this is the first VN).

I already have in my mind most of the story and I've finished writing the script for part 1. (6000 words aprox.) I still have to edit it and maybe add a thing here and there, but it's done.
I'll be using mostly photo backgrounds (already have most of them) and free music (unless somebody wants to compose something, which you are more than welcome to do of course.)
I haven't started with the programming yet, but have already tried Renpy in the past and think I can handle on my own.

If anybody is interested or wants more info about the project, let me know!

Project name: After School (放課後)

Synopsis:
Kazuo is a normal boy attending his last year of high school.
It seems this year will be no different from the last one: meeting his childhood friend Maki in the morning and going to school together, taking part in the many school clubs he has signed into (probably more than he can handle) and hanging out with his best friend Tetsuya.
This changes, however, when one day, while leaving the school after finishing afternoon club activities, he notices a girl from the other class trying to stay inside the school, hiding herself in one of the classrooms.
The matter gets even stranger when he sees the same thing happening the following day. Who is this girl and why is she doing this? For Kazuo, what starts as an interesting mystery in his ordinary life, gradually develops into something quite more sinister.

PD: I may change some of the names later. (Including the project one)...

however.. i'm an artist but i'm good at coloring, i might be able to sketch things like poses and such, but i don't have a tablet so scanned images are all i've got,
but.. do you have descriptions of the characters?

This is a short description of the characters in case anybody wants to know more about the project.

Kazuo Hensa (編砂和夫）(main character)
Height: 182 cm.
Hair: well kept, normal length, dark brown.
Personality: shy with people until he knows them, pretty clumsy when talking to girls. Very responsible and organized. Bad liar (hates lying anyways). Always thinks everything through before acting.
His multiple interests and hobbies have made him sign into many school clubs (and earn maybe a reputation for being a little geek).

Mika Fukuyama （福山実花）(childhood friend of the main character)
Height: 174 cm. (tall for japanese standards, that's why she's part of the female basketball team)
Hair: Long, light brown (slighly curly)
Personality: funny and cheerful, but quite perceptive and sympathetic.
She often leaves her duties and responsabilities for the last moment, but she always finishes them.
Her good looks and personality are the reason why she is pretty popular at school.
She's just enjoying her last year of high school (and maybe looking for love).

Rie Hagio （萩尾理恵）(girl that is staying after hours inside the school)
Height: 16２ cm.
Hair: shoulder length, straight blue-greyish hair.
Personality: quiet (not shy, but keeps to herself). Almost never smiles, like she's always suffering in some way. (She doesn't show　her sadness howver, she's too strong and independant for that).
Some sort of personal problem is troubling her since a while ago, and she's dealing with it mostly on her own.
She doesn't have many friends, and she doesn't seem to want to know other people or make new friends.

Tetsuya Kobayashi （小林鉄也）(best friend of main character)
Height: 177 cm (and well built body... not muscular, but big enough).
Hair: short, untidy light hair (light grey).
Personality: always in a good mood and most of the time thinking about girls. Despite being a bit light headed sometimes,
he's actually very honest and with a strong sense of right and wrong and can always be trusted (when it's something important.)

Ami Kishimura (岸村亜美）(one of Rie's few friends)
Height: 168 cm (rather slim and flat body, but with a very nice face and hair)
Hair: lustrous straight black hair。
Personality: she's known for being very gentle and patient, but she's one that always defends her friends
and isn't afraid to stand up for them. Her strong personality has allowed her to mantain her friendship with Rie　despite the fact that she's usually ignored/disliked by the rest of the students.
