The intro to this episode was mixed by me. I rearranged the notes to an electric guitar melody and added the sound effects. You'll notice it's very brief. That's because I like short intros.

I didn't mix the end theme, that was from Incompetech.com which is fantastic for a music resource. You may just find all you're looking for from there.

Just so you know I'm not dead and this project isn't dying either. (Although this heat in Oklahoma has been killing me, I want to go back to California sob)

I finally got a writer by resorting to gunpoint by roping in a familiar friend Shinji who helped co-write Phase Shift. But this time he is THE writer for this particular project since frankly he is a better writer than I'll ever be since I like goofing off and drawing silly things like characters for otome games. Shame on me.

Anyhoo, I'm still the main director of the plot! The story is in chapters and no branching off has occurred yet, but I will probably start with the Briar path first when I get back to California

As a distraction, have Aimee McDannell, a fellow witch of Amelia who is kind of... Never mind, I can't think of anything clever today. Enjoy your loli witch

Good job on getting a writer And I like the idea that it's in chapters, it seems to fit the feeling you have for this.

As Shinji is close to finishing chapter one, I am at work thinking up of how the Briar path will run and doing character redesigning for him. Micheal and Adam sprites are still WIP and may go through some redesigning but since Briar is my favorite primary concern, he's gotten a huge overhaul so to speak



It's not like I didn't like the ponytail I had for him, but somehow the short haircut (was thinking of Haku from Spirited Away) and more lighthearted expression shows off is innocence a bit more.

More to come a I also need to make a nice GUI and menu pic... Sigh, programming my one weakness aside from drawing hands

I'm a huge Haku fangirl so I support this revamping of Briar . But now I feel like one of the guys should have long hair. Maybe it's the fantasy-magic element that I connect with long haired bishies. And, it's just my opinion, but the color of Briar's hair is a bit too yellow for my taste, reminds me of split pea soup. Maybe a cooler green would look better. It's just a preference though, you know his character 100x better than I do after all .

Thanks for your input sayuri-- I personally like the hue of green for him since a yellow-green, I actually think it looks nice.

Tempted to added earrings Simple, but definitely what I picture him to be like. I was experimenting with some simple celshading so when I soft shade I should get a nice result (I've been looking up too much FSN which made me feel inadequate )

Shinji is pretty much done with chapter one and we're in the process of editing it together. He's such a fast writer ;O;

Briar is still a cutie. I liked the ponytail, but that's probably just because that's how I learned the character. But you're right, he does look more innocent. And the green is still win.
