I'm quite proud of myself for having found a storyline simple enough to actually make it past the concept phase and get some work done.
Imagine this. You wake up in your apartment. It's a quarter past 2 am in the middle of the night. You get up, have a drink, maybe do some other stuff. Then you go back to sleep. You have a really crazy dream. Then you wake up in your apartment. It's a quarter past 2 am in the middle of the night. You get up, have a drink, maybe do some other stuff. Then you go back to sleep...
Can you escape the loop? Or will you be forever, unknowingly, trapped in a world that spans only a couple of hours?
It's quite simple, more atmospheric and everyday life than real story. And a scary twist if you manage to escape the loop. There's a terrible evil lurking in the shadows...
What's needed:
4 background pieces (I don't really ask for details. There will be variations on each piece but they can be done with effects and layers)
Some CG arts (Mostly a depiction of a character with blurry or unclear backgrounds, mind you.)
What would be appreciated though if you're willing:
Some more CG arts (Zooms on items in the backgrounds mentioned earlier. Not really essential.)
Prerequisite:
Being radical
((I am also looking for radical Beta testers!
What's needed:
Playing through the game's imageless version (May be a bit tedious considering its nature.)
Reporting bugs (Duh)
Providing feedback on the gameplay and writing (Pwease? Do it for me.)
Trying to unlock the secret end (I want to know if it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes, you know.)
(Also, the end scene needs testing. Thorough testing. It's a complex system.)
What would be appreciated though if you're willing:
I'm not sure about implementing sound effects, so being not me, the writer, I want you to provide feedback on how the writing atmospherically comes across to you, and whether or not you think I should add sound effects and where.))
Prerequisite:
Being radical
Current progress:
Writing and programming: 100%!
Images: 0%
Sound and music: I dunno lol
Stats:
Playing time: Undefined
Endings: 0
Secret endings: 1
