Oh by clothes hmm...

Akira: is a more a sports dude so all active wear and bright , wears a short sleeved jacket just one line down the left side

Alexander: Torn edges on all clothes, dark colors or covered in white powder, wrinkly shirts and skinny jeans ,glasses no rim

Akuma: adventurer type..indiana jones look! brown leather jacket black jeans no hat ,brown biker gloves

Store keeper Green apron (looks short on him) graphic t-shirts, blue baggy jeans with a hole in one knee

Onii-chan checkered shirts with collar pop or plain colored turtle necks


Umm country??
kind of in a valley but close by a big city type thing ( if that makes sense) it doesn't have a western look more out of place town appears new but more indepth of it,it's abandoned sort of

Does 21 Expressions seem good for Trish ??

Twenty one expressions for one character is a lot. I don't think you need that many. Are there specific expressions that you want to add? You should stick to the basic expressions and add other ones once you need them, because if Trish has 21 expressions, how many will the others have? 4 - 5 png sprites can add up to 1 mb (it varies). You might end up with a large game filesize When combined with the other assets. ^^

Less expressions will also be less work for you.
