It's quite obvious that the sprites were traced from other games, then the style/hair/clothing were altered.

Like Ruka's sprite, which look's like Gil. And Akuma's sprite looks like Leon. Both from azureXtwilight's Fantasia: RoT.

The storekeeper looks like Chael from Memoirs of an Angel by broken_angel.

Even the CG of Trish and Ruka was copied from a CG from EternalDream's Secret Santa.

Did you ask permission from the artists before you altered these?

These aren't offical yet just being throwing pictures up to get attention no copy righting will be on offical to be 100% true~

If you say that is then isn't it a good idea to start working on your real artwork instead of altering other sprites and CGs?

been working on some bloody scenes but the blood still is looking wacky..

With the blood.. what might help would be to look at real pictures of bloody scenes, maybe from movies, and see if you can try to copy that effect.
