Re: My Project.
Art looks great so far, especially your bg work. I like your coloring too, you put alot of work into it. However, there's not really a strong shade indicating light from a particular side/angle. It seems like everything's shaded equally all over. Your linart looks a little untidy though, either that or your coloring on the same layer as the lineart, not underneath it. Also, try using really thin lines for things like the pockets and seems of her jeans and thicker lines for the outlying border of the sprite.
You'll have to tell us a bit about the story.

Looks great, I like how you cleaned it up. Your BGs are looking really good too. Keep up the good work.
Re: My Project.
I'd suggest referencing some anatomy books or images: the muscles that you drew on the guy's forearm simply don't work like that http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Gray415.png. The forearm has a lot of muscles that tense the fingers and are indeed divided in bands, but they're not as curved or as "pumped" as you drew them. For the upper arm, I'd say you really wouldn't see the triceps so much, at the same time as the biceps.
Here you go, some muscular men: personally, I find them scary, view at your own risk.

I'd also suggest to work more on the perspective in relation to the character: the way I see it (I won't elaborate much, sorry, I'm a bit knackered - if you need more explanations I'll try to drop in tomorrow) the space you drew is too big and extends too much, and the character seems to either be kneeling down, or to have their legs clip into the ground... I don't see how they'd fit otherwise.
Colour-wise, I'd say you chose way too saturated tones for his skin, I'd suggest experimenting a bit and straying away from that reddish pink. You could try playing with a photo you like the colours of in whichever program you use to simplify the palette a lot and colour-pick on it to help yourself.
A good tutorial on how to choose colours is here: http://purplekecleon.deviantart.com/#/d31xj5t
I like some of the things in your style: it's not your average overly-cute anime style, and I can see room for improvement. Good luck with your project.

I'm doing a sketch of some characters as well.
Our character is a teacher.
He is contracted to a public school where they have to solve problems of bullies at school including the teacher.
