Please no neon text.

It's also not clear what exactly this is. What genre? How much ambition? It appears you want to write a specific story, what is it about? Have you written any of it? Or are you simply looking to form a team to implement your idea? Why should people commit to spending time to fulfill your creative vision, not theirs? Do you have any experience?

I agree..
I think you should tell others about the story.
And also... isn't five people are too much for doing art or CG art?
The styles will mixed and I don't think it will look good.

I agree too, please specify the genre if you can or at least provide a few hints on what the project should be about.

I don't know if you are the same guy as before (the one who claims love to put colored fonts in his/her post), but please no more bright colored text, it hurts my eyes (or anyone else who reads it) and it makes harder to read. It's your loss. (And what's with the spoiler tag?)

Just like anybody else write, you give almost no information about your project. More over, since you are new, you won't get anyone else interested to join you.

And it seems you need too many people for your project. Even for a professional commercial project, your "team" is too big. 35 people? It's rare even for a commercial Japanese VN studio to have that many staff. It's very hard to assemble that many, let alone directing them.

Usually for a free project (or some commercial one), artist, sprite artist, BG artist, CG artist are all same person. Since if they are different person, you will get different quality/style between sprite and CG arts (which is strange).
