Thanks so much, you guys! I'll probably start posting sprites and the like as I work on them, so I can get feedback and all that. <3 That and I'll start poking you guys once I get more of the script typed out (since currently I've been writing in a notebook, lol), so I can get some feedback and editing done on it.

Updates!

Nothing huge, but I wanted to let everyone know that I've officially written up three CG scenes from beginning to end! I actually had forgotten about how much writing there would be for each of these scenes. ^o^; I really am a newb at this... But hey! Progress is good, right?

And I thought I'd share this with you, since not everyone follows my DA group.

Just a few updates to put here today.

One - the game is no longer going to involve stat raising. I'll be trying to tackle that in the future, but for now, I'm going to stick with using questions and events. Events in themselves are going to be difficult to master, but stat raising can wait until I'm more experienced.

Two - I've got some event related things worked out now and I've started working on sketches for one of the event scenes already.

Three - I've almost finished the first batch of tutorials and am now focusing on trying to figure out the programming for events.

So, no art-related progress, but still progress. Just thought I would keep you all up to date. <3

New art done! I have gotten my first sprite started now, too. <3 Finally think I'm coming back from my stress induced artist's block. Hurray! xD

So, I realize I dropped off the face of the Earth for a while, but I wanted to post here to say that I'm back in business again! I gave up for a while because of problems with the coding, but I recently started trying to learn it again. To my surprise, I seem to have gotten most of it figured out.

As such, I have decided to work on WOL once again. I'm going to be making some alterations, as I want this to be what I use to properly learn how to make games. I've decided not to make it too complicated, so it's going to be fairly short, but at least I think I should be able to complete it this time.

To anyone who hasn't forgotten about me over the last while, thank you very much for being so patient. Hopefully I'll have some better updates for you all soon. <3

Just another quick update for anyone whose actually been reading these... WOL's script is now just about 3/4's done. I suspect I should have it done within the next week.

Once that's done, it's back to the art portion. Wish me luck.

Just some quick updates here!

AND! In the writing department! I officially have finished writing Dave's route! I just need to finish the end scenes for Anthony and Robbie, and then the entire script will be done.

Hopefully I'll have some more finished art for you soon - but until then, the work in progress art will end up being posted to the Tumblr blog posted above.
