I have no idea what is wrong with Thefinalparadox (does anyone of you know sth?), but since she hasn't answered any mail for months now, I'm very happy to announce that h3llomiko has agreed to do the art for Sword vs. Staff!

Inspired by the sketches from h3llomiko, I managed to finish music and sound for Sword vs. Staff!

I really see this project getting finished, it may still take some time - also depending on h3llomiko - but it feels like there's land in sight, and that's a great and exciting feeling.

I think h3llomiko did a great job on Thanys, I just love him... And that is even though he looks totally different than I imagined him before, thanks to her creativity! I'm so happy to have such a great artist

Sorry I'm so slow :C Our power went out because of a snow storm and my exams and projects have piled up for the past two weeks...So I just wanted to apologize to everyone looking forward to this game T_T And especially to you Chrizine!

I think this will look really great once it's finished.
Since I know also have expressions (thanks!), I hopefully will make some progress soon... Although studying really takes most of my time at the moment, so please have some patience with me.

Hello everyone,

I completely forgot to update here... Only put the progress in our blog... Shame on me.
So, I did some scripting, I have Thanys' and Delor's pictures in there by now, but I still have some issues about them moving not quite as I want them too.

Next thing will probably be finding bgs (I guess you don't want to draw them, h3llomiko?) - if anyone knows some backgrounds that would fit the sprites style-wise, I would be glad for any suggestions!
But I don't know how soon I will get to that, since the new semester has started now...

Thanks to everyone who is supporting this project with their comments. Getting a mail saying someone posted in this thread really motivates me to get back to this and get some work done.
