[WIP] Sword vs. Staff [fantasy][short][fun]

I present you the tale of the beautiful princess Chidora who is kidnapped by an evil mage and locked into a high tower guarded by monsters - in the middle of the night!
And princess Chidora decides to make the best out of her situation. After all it is not all day, that a princess gets kidnapped and locked into a tower!
How could this possibly turn out?
She now has to deal with the evil kidnapper and the knight in shining armour, who is certainly on the way to save her...
And she doesn't want to miss her breakfast in the castle after all!

This is a very short project mostly to try to get myself into ren'py.
But I hope it will also be a lot of fun (since it already is for me)!

Edit:
Thought it would be a good idea to actually show in the first post some of what I have by now...

Oooh! xD While it obviously isn't too unique, I still like the way that you've written out the plot! :3

I'll be keeping an eye on this project! =D

Thank you both very much!

I'm now through with the writing and have to type everything and make it work in ren'py...
Hopefully that won't take too long.

Here you go...
The art is made by Arithra (who also came up with some of the best ideas in the storyline), since I suck at drawing. The only help I can be for her is doing a little bit of the coloring...

I've finished the typing! Finally!

Statistics:

The game contains 372 screens of dialogue.
These screens contain a total of 2,187 words,
for an average of 5.9 words per screen.
The game contains 10 menus.

Anyone out there who would be willing to proofread?
Since english is not my first language, I think it would help me a great deal.

Congrats! I can't wait to see the finished game. =D I'm not 100% confident in my English skills so I can't proofread it... ^-^; But, I'm sure you'll find someone in no time! ;)

So, just as an update...
The script is finished and proofread (great thanks to Machus!), the only thing I'm still lacking is art.
Arithra has officially declared she doesn't want to do it - If I can't find someone else I might force her, but... you know, I would rather have a volunteer ;-)
So, the project is still alive and will be finished, I promise.

I'm really happy!
I finally found a great artist: Thefinalparadox!
I'm really looking forward to the first pictures... :-)
So, progress is made again. Having an artist also motivates me to work on the other nasty things, like music for the game...

This is really great :-)
Here's the first sketch of Chidora...
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

And I misread your sentence XDD
...the evil kidnapper and the knight in shining armour...
...the evil kidnapper is the knight in shining armour...
