For the Haruhi pic, her neck looks too thin, and her left arm is definately too thin.

uhm, one piece of advice: learn your own techniques and prevent from copying others and... in the artist world, anatomy is the best policy so maybe try to learn more on anatomy first. There are many points in your drawing that needs anatomy basing:
1. haruhi's ears aren't the same size, hands are too small, neck is too thin and long body is disorganized; on the other side, it can also be the other side that the head is too big.
2. Edward's eyes are a bit off, shape of the face is kinda weird which makes him look like a bit derp.
3. Look at the no. 2.

Practice makes perfect. ^_^ Just keep practicing and you'll be very good. :D
