I like the coloring. It's well shaded, and very clear and striking. If you want advice on how to improve, I'll point out that the leather part of the uniform doesn't look as glossy as real leather; you're going to want to work on visually capturing the texture of clothing.

Since you're taking requests, mind doing Meredith and/or Joshua from this line-up?
