A LONG while. Might as well settle in. I'm sure, though, that if you're patient and put enough time and effort into it, it'll look great.
The best reason to get up in the morning is to outdo yourself: to do it better than you've ever done it before. But if you haven't done it better by nightfall... look at your globe and pick a spot: it's always morning somewhere.

I think what's important is setting your horizon line and vanishing point first. To me, the vanishing point appears to be closer to the left. It's obviously going to be a one point perspect drawing...As for the books, I think you're going to have to use eyesight and guess on them. It'll take time, but it'll look great.
