Very good, I like your choice of colors!(Mine usually tend ot be a bit to bland)
I always took a peek at your other drawings, you can clearly see how you improved over the time, I'd like to see the drawing of the blue haired guy in this thread as well :3
Edit:Oh, and you use Sai as well, good to know, good to know^_^

When drawing something, anything, USE REFERENCES!! Use your Google-fu!
Don't trust your memory, and don't blindly trust what others teach you either.
Research, observation, analysis, experimentation and practice are the key! (:

I also agree on Sai, I used to digitally ink and colour my drawings with Opencanvas and then add effects with Photoshop if necessary but it got replaced by Sai.It has much smoother lines, I just wish they added gradients:3
