Um, yeah... just an art thread, really ^^;

I just bought PaintTool SAI and decided to at least make one drawing with it to celebrate, so here it is!

(umm, can we attach pictures to our posts or should we link to external websites?)

I tried taking a painterly approach and shading with more traditional techniques (I tried to remember Deji's tutorials on this), so if you see something wrong about it, feel free to point it out ^^... I'm a beginner in that domain.

I can see some influence from Deji in the way you used purple for the shading and the white Clamp-ish dots...Anyway, very cute!I hope you'll post more^_^

Hmm... I'll try and be gentle but...

Drawing and proportion is ok but something has to be done with those shiny dots... the way they are now, they looked like little droplets of Liquid Eraser accidentally sprayed all over the drawing... also, try decreasing their count...

Hey, I don't think it's Liquid Eraser there... Hmm I didn't think Monele would draw something like that hehe (perhaps am I just thinking about things that are just plain pervy).

mugen : well, I did put a lot of 'em there, but that's how I remembered it done... but I haven't used any reference, so... ^^;... It was *very* randomly placed, too. Probably didn't help.

I think maybe if you made the dots more 'fuzzy' rather than just a blob, they would look better. It's better than any drawing I could do. [fails at life]

My question is whether or not the strange white dots were intentional...outside of the strange white dots it's a great picture! I like the purplish lipstick, thought it was a nice touch

Aaah, fluffy ears!Easily the best part of the picture for me, although the colouring of the skin kind of clashes with it, being much less detailed.
Very cute nevertheless!
