I've been planning to make a tutorial for a long time now. But I'm wondering, do people prefer a cell-shading or a soft-shading tutorial?

There's plenty of soft-shading tutorials out there, but knowing how you do it wouldn't be bad. I always wanted a good cel-shading tutorial though, there are some good ones, but it'd be nice to see how it can be made neater.

I like your style, especially all the characters' happy expressions.

In my experience, most commissioners ask me for soft shading rather than cel shading, so I assume that style is the preferred one?

It's 1 for cell-shade and 1 for soft-shade right now xD Maybe I should just flip a coin lol.

Ohhh yay more of your stuff *_* Ahh I just love it. Your backgrounds and characters are great! <33 by the way do you have preference for your background drawings I notice that you seem to have a lot more fantasy looking backgrounds.
I would love to see a tutorial as well you should do both! 8D! *shot*

Almost all of my backgrounds were commissioned by other people so I didn't really get to choose the subject matter. I've had other people ask for a background tutorial so I'll probably make one eventually xD

Some inspiring artists I love would be Imperial Boy, White Datura, and Kaninnvven. Of course there are a lot of other people, my list can go on forever xD Most of my paintings I do for school have Chinese motifs and themes, but I never really noticed it in my digital art. I love Chinese art too : )
