The background's sidewalk and grass area looks too narrow to fit the sprite, so it looks like the person is standing on very very narrow sidewalk. It's more unnoticable with the sprite in the background since she covers bits of it.

Again, your speed paints are uber cool. I'm guessing it's not a final BG piece since the one with the bedroom is more polished. :)

@VenusEclipse. Ah yes, I see what you mean. I widened the pavement and it looks much better (thank god for digital art). I think I will definetly go in and paint more details. I don't think I should try to paint everything in one sitting >_> I get tired of it and want to just finish it, but if I give it a break I get motivated to do more. So yeah, it will be refined more, though it will probably still remain loose. And thank you ^^
