Please look at some of my artworks... and critique on them. I'm not really good at arts, but I would like to know what I can do to improve it.
Both are rough sketches. Sorry for not placing the (hardcore) works. I'll attach it, maybe tomorrow.
Thanks anyway!

A word of advice: when you ask for critique, always show the best you are able to do, not your everyday random sketch C:
From what I see here, you need lots of more practice.
Ideally, you should try to draw from life, or draw from photographs of people, to learn about anatomy and proportions.
If you're not open to that idea yet (drawing from life tends to be scary for starting artists), you may want to try to copy (not trace!) art from your favorite artists, to learn the same principles. You may still need to go back to draw from life at some point, though; every respectable artist does C:

When drawing something, anything, USE REFERENCES!! Use your Google-fu!
Don't trust your memory, and don't blindly trust what others teach you either.
Research, observation, analysis, experimentation and practice are the key! (:

I like the use of bright colors and your cute style is pleasant for the eyes.
However, you're still at a beginner level and there's a lot you can do to improve.
***Don't draw the same pose over and over again, try to draw several different poses as much as you can.
Here's some websites that might help you:
http://www.pixelovely.com/tools/gesture.html
http://www.posemaniacs.com/
They will increase your anatomy drawing skills for sure.
***Don't hide hands. Draw them as much as you can, it doesn't matter if they turn out ugly, ok? This will help you later on, because the more you draw something the better you will become at drawing it. Nowadays, I still have an hard time drawing hands because I didn't practice drawing them in the past :/ .

***And, most important of all: Do not ever give up on drawing. No one's born a professional. If you keep on drawing you will always improve your art .

Try sketching out the main forms of your characters with circles, ovals, cylinders, and boxes before you add details. It looks like you are starting with drawing the head, and just adding on to the drawing as you go (which is common for people when they start out). If you learn to build the form with primitive shapes before hand, and the draw details on top of that, then you will avoid a lot of anatomy and scaling issues (neck being off-center, characters leaning to one side, really stiff posing, etc.).
And of course, practice, practice, practice!!!
Cheers,
Michael
