OS Version Support Policy

I have a new "policy" about what OS versions Ren'Py will support.

On platforms that Ren'Py has chosen to support, Ren'Py will support all desktop versions that are currently receiving security updates from the OS distributor. It may support older versions at our discretion.

For the purposes of this policy, the Linux platform is assumed to mean Ubuntu. So Ren'Py 6.14 will be linked against the libraries that were contained in 2010's Lucid Lynx, and likely will be until the 2014 LTS release is out, at which point I'll start linking against 12.04 Precise Pangolin.

I'm not going to _intentionally_ drop support for a platform unless it wins me something. So even though Windows XP is going to lose security support in 2014, I'll likely keep XP support around until it has a small market share, and until there's some way Ren'Py could benefit from not supporting XP.
