Hi, I have an user that is a bit desperate because can't play Winter In Fairbrook. I have updated the game to the latest version but she always gets a crash:
The game tries to load, but the "Microsoft Visual C++ Library Error" and another window states, "Winterinfairbrook.exe" has an error in the program.
Asked her the log.txt and she sent me this:

Told her to updated the DX9 and such, but still she seems unable to run it. It's weird since I never had an user with such a crash even if I think her videocard is quite old ? I remember there was a way to set the renderer with a environment.txt file ? thanks

You can set the renderer by holding down shift on startup.

Yes I told her that, but she still gets the crash:
I tried pressing the Shift key before I doubled clicked on the game icon. The screen tries to come on, but the error message appears. I also held the Shift key and then right clicked and picked the Open option, but the error message still appears.
