Cannot run RAPT

Good day everyone~~
I have just follow the tutorial to package my game for Android platform, and when setting up RAPT, and try run "android.py" in cmd window in Windows 7, it show errors:
C:\Users\Administrator>D:\Ren'Py\rapt-6.13.11.0\android.py installsdk
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "D:\Ren'Py\rapt-6.13.11.0\android.py", line 11, in <module>
import interface
ImportError: No module named interface
I have follow orders of tutorial and have JDK 7.0 and Python 2.7.3 installed...
