Hello everyone
I've got a tiny question here:
when you build a distribution in ren'py, the engine automatically creates a copy of the file renpy.py and renames it to your game's name.py
but when you open the file you find the following comments
-Warning-.jpg
so how dangerous can that be if someone forgot about delegating the comments ??
I know that comment is talking about ren'py not the game, but there is no clue...
and can't this be changed in the ren'py engine so people won't fall victim for this ??

Ehh? I never checked that. :3 But I'm assuming that, yes, it only means Ren'Py, and not the game itself. :D Perhaps.

yes, it's supposed to be for ren'py only, but what I meant that it's not stated clearly (as far as I know)
and any one can say "look it's written there, I can use everything in this game" and they might not understand that this is for the engine not the game, unless you remove the comment which doesn't have any impact on the file.
maybe the post's subject isn't accurate, it looks like a permission to freely use my game.

I guess this topic should be moved to development of ren'py, so if an administrator would move it, that would be much appreciated.
(I can't move it as the author, right?)

I'll look into adding a clarification of the license to the renpy.py file.

Due to an oversight, this missed 6.15.4. But I've made the change in Ren'Py, and feel free to use this file instead of 6.15.4's renpy.py.
