Hotbar don't response to mouse drag

The simplest solution for this appear to be adding these 2 lines to the top of screens.rpy:
Not sure if that cause anything to break, but at least it get the hotbar to response to mouse drag. 
This appear to be an engine issue. Can we get it fixed in the future? Or perhaps make it so that there is an options to turn on/off the ability for hotbar to response to mouse drag.
