I remember there is a topic like this a while, I haven't check yet so I wonder if Ren'Py have plan to include the option to help developer upgrade the game with patch instead of downloading all over again.

I will ask another thing too. I'm not aiming to commercial game yet but this is just for the future's matter. I have seen renpy commercial game getting pirate around. I wonder if you are going to let Renpy have an online support like Cheritz's in-game online shop and run the game with interner support to avoid pirating?

I don't prevent you from adding online support. The standard python urllib, urllib2, httplib, and socket modules are all available. But I'm probably not going to add an online shop anytime soon.
