Hi all,

The renpygame framework no longer works with Ren'py 6.17. Aliens.py fails to initialize the font in score.

This error does not exist in Ren'py 6.16.

I was able to work around this issue by adding

Code: Select all

pygame.init()

before the return statement in renpygame/font.py
