Ren'Py automatically closes upon starting

Hi!

Sorry for the really noob problem lol but this is my first time trying Ren'Py out, and for some reason everytime I open the .exe it exits before the software even appears. On my task manager I see that the process opens for about half a second and exits instantly

I've been googling and searching for fixes to the said issue, especially "ImportError('No module named _renpysteam',)" but all former threads weren't really solved so I decided to make a post

Try redownloading the installer, remove the install you have, and reinstall from the new installer.
This is usually an install related issue.
