[fixed in 7.3] visual bug when combining hbox/vbox, button, image and text

I found this specific combination creates a visual bug

when I scroll down the buttons that are out don't have image or text.
either of these changes will fix the bug:
box to grid,
button to fixed,
add to background
or removing the text
