Android Emulator

So I got this nice and shiny Galaxy but... I'd rather not abuse it while developing and testing. Is there an emulator I can run on a PC where I can test my Android specific OELVN creations?
Also, any special considerations to keep in mind when making Android specific games (like graphical requirements and usual abuse Renpy functions that are a big no-no for Android)

You should look for the official Android SDK, it comes with a built-in emulator. Check it out here:
http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html.
As for the Ren'Py, you can't use dissolve, there is no movie support and you have to create a proper UI with buttons, fonts and stuff large enough for telephone screens, so it won't be too hard for people to operate through the menus. Currently there's also no reasonable way to package your games, PyTom is currently working on that issue.
That reminds me, I should also finally manually root my phone, cause it seems that LG's polish departament is taking lightly upon us. Wish I could have Galaxy or Xperia, they're soo much better.

You can use regular dissolve, it's image dissolve that's the hard one.
Also, the PC-based emulator is very slow, compared to even a slow actual device. (It's hard to emulate a fast ARM, even on a fast PC.) So it's often best to test on a real device.
The packaging solution is done. It's the same as the one at:
http://www.renpy.org/pygame/releasing.html
Except give it an --engine parameter of "renpy".
