Are you free this weekend? Wanna beta-test? 8D [closed]

#1 Post by carosene » Fri May 27, 2011 4:09 am

So guess what.

AFTER ALMOST TWO YEARS IN DEVELOPMENT, TCAST IS FINALLY READY FOR BETA-TESTING!!!
Problem is, is I'm trying to rush through beta-testing so I can release the game before the deadline for the Original Visual Novel Festival 2011. (This: http://visualnovel.deviantart.com/blog/38812712/ ) Which would be Wednesday, the first of June. So I want to release on Tuesday, which means I'd like notes from beta-testing back on Monday.

I've already contacted a couple of people, but they are probably normal human beings who like to do things other than be tied to their desk on short notice on a weekend. If you are an awesomely abnormal human being, please post or PM me!

I'd like editors who look for grammar, consistancy, and general good writing stuff, and make sure to keep general obnoxiousness to a minimal level. :)

TCAST (or "That Cheap and Sacred Thing" I guess is the proper title XD) is a drama/sci-fi kinetic novel with about 13,000 words. You can read more about it and see some images in the link in my signature. :)

I'm interested.
English is not my native language, but I might still able to notice when there's a typo on a script.

Thanks to both of you for volunteering! :D
@redcat: Pssht, English is overrated! But in any case, just having another pair of eyes check the game over would be great. :D

@Taleweaver: I'd be really honored to have you read for me. o.o I'm a big fan of the Dreaming.

I will send a PM to both of you. :)
With that, I think I have all the beta-testers I'll need.
