Multimedia Designers Wanted for DSE-Style VN

Hey there! I needed some help with a project that I had my devious little heart set upon. It's like this - I'm working on a DSE-type ren ai game, something along the lines of an H version of the original Tokimemo. However, I've run into a major problem, or more like a pair of them.

My difficulties don't lie in the programmatic aspects of the game - I like to think of myself as a fairly competent Python programmer - it's in the multimedia. Don't get me wrong, however. I have decent skills in both anime/manga-style art and music composition. The dilemma that I face is twofold:

1.) While I possess fair levels of adequecy in both anime graphics and music composition, my skills at the above aren't sufficiently developed to the point that I would be anywhere near satisfied with the results were they to appear in a game.

2.) As a corollary to point #1, even if they were appropriately developed, I have a rather annoying quality called perfectionism. My progress at composing one picture or musical score is almost quite literally slower than the proverbial speed of molasses in January. Due to a combination of this, the rather epic scope of the game concept, and my own self-imposed time constraints, the only way I could complete this game both unassisted and within the remainder of my lifespan is for something - anything - to get the axe. I am completely unwilling to go that route.

Here is where I make my offer to you folks. I am looking for one or more graphic artists in the twin arenas of character and background rendering, the artist(s) tasked toward character art ideally being geared towards anime/manga of the shoujo persuasion. I'm also looking for a music composer and/or an SFX designer, the latter which is completely beyond my ability to enact. I, obviously, will handle the game concept and programming facets.

Any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
