Currently not working for profit, but if the first games (Stand By Me & A Confidant From Darkness) iare at least a success, then we’ll see.

Currently, not all positions are filled but we sure really need a SPRITE ARTIST!!!

Hmmm, artists are in high demand lately and there are not too many going around. To that I say 'temporary placeholder art'

And I have to agree, pretty much artists are very high in demand...(just looking at the recruitment forum pretty much proves it XD)

Well, if only I'm at least good in drawing, I would have done that myself but yeah Too bad I suck. xD

Placeholder art is something you use to fill in the coding so you can actually get the game finished instead of waiting for a variable. you can use things like sketches or still images, or you could use one of the many free sets of sprites that are around. They do not have to be permanent, but it's a good idea to try and keep the project moving even without an artist. You can always find one later and replace the sprites if need be. It will give you a better chance of success.

Oh I see o.o so that's what it means, but yeah. You're definitely right.

volunteering for writing. about the art, i can lineart and basic coloring, since i suck at shading.

We already have a good character artist.
But I think jory014 will still have some work for you to do.
Maybe the event CGIs, but I am not too sure.

In terms of coloring and lineart, we already have sufficient artists... However, I think our CG artist may need a help like a partner in crime maybe? lols (i'l ask her first though)...

yeah, i did... but i also have other parts of the story that aren't covered by the said person... and seeing that the person is willing enough then why not... the more people contributing i'd say the better for a faster rate in terms of story completion so i could also concentrate on other areas of the game that I really want to concentrate on which is UI , making cutscenes at certain points in game, and etc...
