Sprite artist and BG artist NEEDED

I am looking for sprite artistand a BG artist for Tale of the Nightingale it is a VN game I am making with Renpy. (Link to thread in my signature)

I want the sprites to be anime-styled, I will have a hand drawn sketch of what I want them to look like for a reference, and at this stage I know I need about 8 sprites. (The sprites will be wearing more old day style clothes)

1. The Nightingale (In human form)
2. The Nightingale (In bird form)
3. Fraycious
4. Peter
5. Mark
6. King
7. Evangeline
8. Sophia


For the BG's at this stage I think I will need about 10 backgrounds.
