Yup, just like I wrote above, if this project turns successful, I don't see anything wrong making sequel or director's cut, where we could make it even bigger (more pets, BxG/GxB, all-ages and 18+ version, etc). But only if this project goes smoothly, that is ^_^

This actually sounds like a lot of fun, and small enough that I could fit it into what little spare time I have. If there are any artists looking for a spare writer, I'm free. I'd rather do Kestrel-tan, the tsuntsun falcon who always tries to escape, but the other pets look super cute. ^_^
I dunno why, but I suddenly thought of this comic...

Update in first post. Anyone interested in participating could take a look at [Update 2]. It's a list of who's writing and who's drawing.

@LVUER: Yeah that's fine. A lot of the endings wind up with the protagonist dead so I can just combine those into one with maybe a slight variation in dialogue. After that probably the happy ending and then the sadish ending where your love with Iguana-tan doesn't work out. It should not be hard to go through and revise it all. ^^

Hmm, well I've been thinking-
The scientist "father" seems to be a very promising plot element for the story, it really made Iguana-tan's story a lot more emotional.
I think having the scientist in all the stories would be interesting to write, since each girl could have their own problems with him related to their animal type-
For example, ferrets are often kept in cages by their owners because they are mischevious, so Ferret-tan was kept in a cage by the scientist and now is afraid of being confined.
Part of Moee~ Is wanting to protect a cute girl, so it would be even more moeee~ to have a reason to protect your pet-tan. Also it would explain where all the pets came from...
What do you all think of this?

If everyone agree with adding the professor father as one of the supporting character (or default bad ending) for every pet, I don't see any reason to reject the idea...
But if everyone agree doing so, just remember that you have to add the professor to your script.

I'm finally able to submit a sketch of the pet for me.
I shall name her Himawari right now, and she's a hamster.

- Sketch design
A little bit about her, Himawari is quiet, and sometimes she gets overshadowed by the others. She actually dislikes her natural color, and wishes that she herself would turn blue in color one day (explaining why she's wearing all those blue-based clothes). Other than that, she dislikes her name as well well, as she thinks it is 'too bright' for someone like her. She uses more body language than words, and she's always curious and love to learn new things, but that causes the place to be a mess. And Himawari hates cleaning things up again as well.
Err, easy to put, she's a coo-dere.
-----
Ughh, everyone's pets are just so cool and moe moe @_@ I don't know if even Hima and I can fit it.
I guess if it's about the scientist part, I think I can fit my story in, I already have mine and putting my plans in draft right now, so I hope I can post it on here soon.

Don't worry, she is cute enough... but I think ferret and hamster is pretty similar?

Similar, but they are not the same. Oh well, I'm preparing some others as well, just in case.

The ferret could eat the hamster. I doubt the opposite would be possible

Professor father is perfectly fine with me, although I still would like to add Uncle Billy Bob the Veterinarian. ^_^ I tell you what.

Oh my, I didn't know that.
Well, my story actually just need the girl and the male character, if the Professor will be added, perhaps he'll appear in the past for the story of mine as well, just like most of them does.

Cute hamster girl!
And yeah, ferrets actually eat Prairie Dogs, people use them to reduce prairie dog populations here in the US. They're very closely related to weasels.
Hamsters can fit in your palms and are primarily vegetarians:
Ferrets are almost the size of a normal cat and eat pretty much anything (I owned one before, he would eat anything you gave him):

Aren't they adorable? @v@
As for the personality differences in the two, hamsters are known for being snooty (because they know they're cute) and often competitive, while ferrets are little geniuses that love to cause trouble. My ferret stole some of my stuffed animals and hid them around the house... He also got into our fridge and our cabinets.

Actually, I've been stalking this thread and stuff, and has been thinking of entering a mouse-tan, but I guess it'll be compared to a ferret and hamster... so I can't use a mouse girl?

Waaah~ This seems interesting.
So I shall just be putting this here...
I suck at thinking of stories on the spot so.... Errr... All I got so far is that she's female... and is a rabbit pet...
She has no back story what-so-ever... or name... o___e...
(I am also happy to partner up with anyone to do the drawing.)
