I suggest getting a woman to voice act if you can't get a young boy. There are a lot of young boys played in cartoons that are voice acted by women. (I figure, women are more likely to be on this forum than young boys,
)
Some of the English is a bit awkward.
Here's my suggestion, at least:
Please note what is personal taste and what is technical.
"Last Sunday, my uncle and I went fishing at the beach." or "Last Sunday, my uncle and I went to the beach to fish." (Reason, me is grammatically incorrect and the speaker generally comes after the other people when listing like this.)
"It was my first time and I had a really awesome time." (It should be a period, not a comma, and the rest of the editing is just because it sounded awk the other way)
"I remember my uncle talking me to a good fishing spot." (this is more of personal taste, really)
"When we arrived, he taught me how to fish." or "It was there that he taught me how to fish." (same)
"After that, we threw our bait into the sea." or "After that, we cast out." (Needs a period. rest is opinion: Fishing bait is normally just called bait, and the action being done is normally called "casting out")
"As we waited for the fish to bite, we enjoyed the scenery." (could be fine the way it is, again, this is personal opinion. Please note "bite" though, as you may want to change to that anyway)
"Eventually, I got some nibbles. I was so excited! I pulled my rod, but the fish was too strong." (need a period or ! as a coma doesn't work. Need a coma after rod. The other changes are personal taste)
"My uncle helped me," (less awk, helped is also past tense, but doesn't use as much.)
I don't personally think the "..." is necessary.
"but eventually the fish escaped." (this is just taste)
"We spent more time there before we finally went home." is fine, but "We kept fishing, but eventually, we went home." works too.
"I think fishing is very fun." ("so" doesn't quite work)
could also be "I love fishing!" (I like this one more, so that's why I'm suggesting it, but yours is fine)
I loved your animations, they were very nice. The sound effects were nicely timed too.
