Light Novel needs artist

Good Morning everyone,
I am an italian writer and I would need an artist who draw some illustrations for my Light Novel. The number of total illustrations are 10. He decides with the artist the different situations that she/he represents for me. Furthermore the artist would draw also the cover of my book.
Ten illustrations would be colours black and white, while the cover with all colours.
I will pay for this job (max.100 euro).

The plot
The story has as its protagonist a boy sitting in a wheelchair. This guy is 19 years and by chance meets a girl who claims to know him. In this book there are several topics of discussion seinen. All that is told in this story is not for an audience of teenager, but for adults able to fully comprehend the message of the work. This book is kind of romantic slice of life and psychological. I do not say much about the plot because I will contact who will be affected.

Thank you for your answer... the book surely will be published by September because of school commitments. But it all depends on how fast things go.
