Thank you, although our site is still a work in progress.

We've reach 10 developers. 6 Writers, 3 artists and 1 composer.

Yet we're still looking for more people for this project.

With 10 developers you're probably all filled up in terms of programmers, but I wish you guys all the luck in the world for your project! It looks pretty awesome.

We're indeed currently not in dire need of a programmer because they're not needed at the moment. We probably need a programmer or two more further in development.
And thanks we will do our best to make it the best we can.

It's a big project. We still need a few more until we have enough people. We need at least 2 more writers for each character route one.

We are currently in most need of two more writers for two of our characters and there routes. The following text is an description of Amaya, one of the two girls who's route is in need of a writer. Amaya Himura

Amaya is a girl who never seems to show emotions and always seems to keep her calm composure. She’s a skilled martial artist with a strong sense of justice who is keen to get into fights and kick wrongdoers in the face. Combining this with her indifferent attitude, cold and quick replays, and the fact that she often skips class earned her the title of Ookami (wolf) and the place as the number one delinquent of Hayashi high. But it isn’t Amaya’s intention to be a delinquent and everyone expect Erin seems to misunderstood her.

Although Amaya understands the concept of emotions, she does not understand the need of expressing them. Think things like: "Why cry if you are hurt? It doesn't help you the pain won't go away." Amaya also fails to understand the concept of love thinking that love is an emotional reaction driven by hormones and will only get in the way.

Amaya is scarred by her pasted as she's molested by her uncle when she was younger. This made her lock up her emotions and gave her a distrust in people, especially strangers. It's also partly why she as such a strong sense of justice.

Amaya's father is the owner of a Dojo and Amaya trained Yoseikan from an early age on. Yoseikan is a martial art featuring a mix of Judo, Karate, Jujutsu, MMA, Aikido and more and Amaya is rather skilled in alls these martial arts. Yet it did not help her against her uncle as she froze because of her emotions. So she locked this part of her in order to avoid dealing with the emotions as well as to make sure that she doesn't freeze up when something like this happens again.

Amaya can't handle girly and cute things. and tends to lose her calm composure when confronted with such things. It quickly becomes clear that Amaya is in fact a girl when she gets embarrassed and she dislikes showing this weak and girly side of her.

Our writers team is complete with 6 main writers and 6 co-writers. Therefore we're no longer recruiting for the writers positions.

However we are still in need of artists, composers, photographers and more.

Current number of developers on the project is 17 although there are some inactive members.

This does look like a neat project, but I have to ask, what are you doing that you need quite so many software developers? Are you adding some type of game play feature that Ren'Py doesn't natively have? I mean 17 is a lot.

Most of our developers are writers. We have 6 characters meaning that the VN features 6 routes. Each route consists out of 3 acts plus we have a common act which is roughly the same for each character. Each character has a writer as well as a co-writer which work as a team to write the acts. So in total 12 people are writing. The other developers are either composers or character designers.

Also some alpha progress test art.

I've been kicking around the idea of being a programmer for you, but what do you need your programmers to do? Is this just a simple branching path like say Katawa?

I like the art, and so far it seems pretty interesting.

However many people feel that the Japanese highschool setting has been "done to death" that trying to replicate in an EVN can turn people off from the game before they even play it. And it can lead to inaccuracies in the setting. If you're convinced in doing a school setting, I think it might be better to use a western high school instead.
