Webpage help required (found, closed until further notice)

Not sure if I phrased the title correctly, but here's what I am looking for;

Someone who knows to code/build a webpage. I made page templates on photoshop - as I was told it'd be easy to implement those templates on wordpress sites. However, I have no idea how to get it done, and I don't think it'd be nice of me to keep bugging the same few ppl for webpage assistance >_<

I prefer skill trades, but cash payment can be discussed if necessary. I can offer mainly art skills, I guess. Just let me know if you'd like something else. If you're interested to help out, please show me any of your previous sites! (Don't really need to see the design, but at least I need to see that you can code a site... Sounds fair? XD)

I am not pro coder but I know some blog design .Since you're wordpress blogger , I think I can help you a little because I am pretty much a beginner at wordpress . But I am pretty good at blogspot.

Thanks for such quick response! I guess I'll upload a jpeg of the site mock-up to make explanations easier~

I'd ideally want to add another option for 'Updates' where I regularly update (like a normal blog xD)

I said I'm a pretty beginner TuT.
I'm actually did this before ... on blogspot.
Let's me see what can I do. ( Oh, wordpress , why can't you be as easy to design as BlogSpot. )
