I post here today in request of artists (and if possible composers) for my new game! I must warn you now that -dew to many unfortunate circumstances- I cannot pay.
Basically i'm looking for a give take situation. I want someone who -like me- is new to the whole RenPy scene. In exchange for your art I will support you gladly- whether you want me to recomend you to other people in search of art, or simply just come to you again if I need help-
I know that for most people not getting paid for hard work sounds rather like, dare I say it, a rip-off.
To be honest, it is a completely fair inquiry on the matter. I too would feel slightly distraught if I wasn't paid for hard work, but I also understand the fact that some people -like myself
- can not afford to pay people. I spent what little money I had on Christmas - Curse you spoiled family! - And do not worry, for I already have a list of characters.
The script on the other hand isn't quite complete enough for me to request a whole lot of Cgs, but I was hoping that whoever is interested, would be willing to work and stay with me through the long haul of things
If you believe me to have no faith in myself that is where I must disagree with you. I have the ut-most confidence that -with help- this game could come to life!
Characters:
Catalina De rivera (heroine):
Catalina, the illegitimate daughter of Eduardo devani and siera Rivera, had once been tromped on by even the poorest of the poor. Her mother who she loved dearly passed at a young age, leaving Catalina to fend for herself. For these reasons she is often very close hearted and cynical.
Race:Elven/Human
Status:Lowly noble
Eduardo Devani:
He is the father of Catalina De Rivera, who has earned a title for herself without his help. He loves his daughter, but becuase she was an illegal child, he was not able to care for her properly. He is not well respected, and often called the "Dirt of Devani house" He is a very secluded man that wishes for nothing more then to have the daughter of his dead lover love him.

staus: Hated noble
Ambrosi Davide:
The king of Sithra, and the lover of many. He was the third of five children, that earned his title of King by winning the favor of his father. All his siblings seemed indifferent to his up-bringing except his eldest brother Emilio, who was rather displeased to say the least.
Ambrosi often takes on lovers despite him being married to the queen, and for some odd reason has become infatuated with Catalina. He is often over dramatically dressed, and is very arrogant.

Emilio Davide:
The kings eldest brother. His very scornful to people, for he feels cheated out of his rightful position. As a symbol of his malcontent, he often wears the badge of reble on his cloaks. He has shown no actual sign of rebellion, and most likely wears this badge just to spite his brother. The only time he has ever been seen smileing was when he first encountered Catalina.

Vilrah Jalon:
The Elvin noble sent from a nearby clan to squire at the castle. He himself has no clue as to why he was sent, but followed orders non the less. He is the best archer out of all the squires, and is often considered by the king to be like a son, and is often treated as one. The elf is a happy-go-lucky sort of guy, and is almost always smileing

Fítheal Nuadha:
A wolf like assassin hired by one of the kings ex-lovers to kill Catalina. He often wears a mask, so no person knows what he looks like... Well, no one but Catalina that is. In a failed attempt to kill Catalina, he removed his mask so she would have to die knowing her old friend was the one who destroyed her. But, to his dismay, she didn't recognize him. Completely disoriented by her forgetting, he is forced to flee, but not before declaring his return.

status: Assassin

Sadi kamilia:
Catalina's personal servant at the castle. She regaurds her mistress highly for her rebellious attitude and beautiful appearance -actually seems to have a "crush" on Catalina- She will do anything to please her mistress.

Status:Slave
Elenor Davide:
Often found alone in the study, she is one of Sithra's most talented magisters. She is also married to the king, but that dosn't mean much to any body considering the fact he has slept with nearly every girl in Sithra. She isn't well respected because she never even tries to set her husband straight. Despite the fact of Catalina being Ambrosi's newest lover, Elenor seems to be very fond of her.

Status:Queen
Letchi Davide:
The only son of the queen and king. He is very distant towards both his parents, and often avoids contact with anyone. Catalina seems to be the only one he interacts with even slightly.

I know theres alot of characters, and i'm sorry for that, but the game wouldn't be complete without them.If you wish to be the artist, you need to know this.
You should be willing to draw sprites, Cgs, and backdrops.
Draw however you feel comfortable
ABSOLUTELY MUST be alright with drawing "mature" themes. -NOT HENTAI- I want to depict utter passion in Love making, not sloppy sex
