Decription - The mayor of starlight valley. He is a very depressed man who puts on a front of being happy, but most people can see he is sad.
Voice : Any voice will do as long as it's male and does not sound too young, so try out if you can!
Brandy the mayor daughter
Age : 10
Decription- Egar's daughter. She is very bratty and likes to annoy people.
voice : Like a bratty little girl.
