Also, while you included a 6-month deadline, I'd like to know the work load for a writer on your team first...
Because I'm looking at multiple projects including my own, so it'd help to know how to level things out a bit.

Okay, a lot want to be a singer....so I need to hear everyone's voice. I can actually use singers in future novels or if I do need another I can contact you.
