Ren'Py Programmer + Website Manager -

School has commended, I have no time :(
If anyone is interested in using ren'py, even if you are a complete newbie a programming I can teach you the basics but you'll have to work under simple soft in every of your game release and form a team yourself

But again, if you have any problems that I cant solve while you're writing your game you can always ask the super duper nice Lemmasoft users !

*once you think have enough skills to be independent you can leave :D

Also, being a Website Manager is easy since I' too lazy to code a website, I am using a web builder with I'm pretty sure most people can use.

This Is My Website That I Use a Web Builder On Because I'm A Lazy Bum

Only Two Positions available or else i'll be too busy . . .

If you're interested then PM me or send me a email (simple.soft.ditto@gmail.com)

So basically you want to be lazy, and benefit from others hard work and people to do your hard work.
Awsome, That's' like everyone's dream.

As someone who has helped another person learn a development skill while working on a project before, in my experience the opposite is true. If the person really is a complete beginner (especially in a skill like programming where there's no room for error) then they won't be making meaningful contributions to your project for quite some time. In addition to that, any time you spend teaching them is time you can't spend working on the project.

Also, if you're proficient in a skill but new to team development or teaching, you may have no screening process which would mean you'd be likely to pick a person who's not prepared for the amount of work it will take to pick up a development skill and attain enough proficiency to be useful. They're hard to teach and likely to flake out.

In short, it's a lot more work on the teacher's side than it might seem at first. Of course, if someone who's already skilled enough to make meaningful contributions is recruited for an internship that's a different matter, but I don't think that's what's on offer here.

I think there's been a misinterpretation here. How I read it, and I could be wrong of course, is that everything made under the guide of simple soft be badged as such. If you choose to not badge what you make then the guidance stops. Seems like a pretty fair deal to me .

This is what I meant ! :D But I didn't know how to explain it, thank-you so much !
Its kind of my fault though, for not explaining it properly . . .

Do you mind if I Quote your ✧ Wise Words ✧ in my post description ? (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
